Obviously, one of the major attractions close to Skavsta airport is Stockholm. Although many of the low cost airlines that fly into Skavsta and advertise it as ‘Stockholm Skavsta’, it is in fact about 100 klm South of Stockholm centre, so you will need to arrange transport to get you to and from Stockholm itself.

‘Terravision’, are a low cost coach company that operate out of the airport and they provide airport transfers to and from Stockholm, at very affordable prices. I have used them several times and have never had any problems.

Coaches are at the airport outside the departures terminal and in Stockholm city centre at Cityterminalen.

The journey time from Skavsta to Stockholm is approximately 80 – 90 minutes by coach and costs approximately 9 euros single and 17 euros for a return ticket (at the time of writing), (children 0-12 years travel for  FREE).
